Louvre Rolls for BR460X1E Bead Former

Fits all bead formers with a 78" (22.2mm) shaft held in position with a grub screw.

In thin aluminium it is possible to pierce and press in one application. For thicker aluminium and steel, pre-slitting is required with a 1.0mm slitting disc, prior to pressing in the louvre shape with the bead former. The advantage of louvre forming using a bead former, over fixed louvre press tooling, is the ability to both create to any length, and louvre, on a curve sheet which is ideal for bonnets on hot rods.
