Our delivery options and shipping process

Dispatch Notification

We want to keep you informed about your parcels journey. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a dispatch notification

Further Delivery Notifications

We’ve selected reliable delivery partners such as Parcelforce, UPS and DHL. Their systems sometimes allow you to reschedule your delivery, adjust the delivery time, choose a safe drop-off location, and enjoy flexibility in how you receive your parcel. You’ll receive these updates directly from our delivery partners via email and SMS

Delivery Methods

Standard Delivery Cut Off 1PM for orders to be processed same day

Estimated dispatch times are provided (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, please allow 1-4 working days for most items to arrive. Your confirmation email will include full details, a tracking number, and a link to the delivery company. We work with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS and DHL for all deliveries. If you haven’t received a delivery confirmation, please check your junk folder or contact us with your order number for assistance.

Next Day Delivery Cut Off 1PM for orders to be processed same day

Next-day delivery is available for selected items ordered before 1.00pm Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. Please remember weekends and bank holidays are excluded. If using Next day on a Friday please expect the delivery to arrive the following Monday.

Large & Heavy Items

Any items marked Large & Heavy will ship Pallet Road Freight. This service can take up to 5 days for delivery. We will call to arrange shipping times and make sure you are available. We are always happy to quote delivery for products to far-reaching locations outside of the UK.

For pallet deliveries you may be required to help the driver move the product from the roadside to your desired location, please ensure somebody is in to receive the goods as there is a redelivery charge of £30 should you miss it.

We reserve the right to contact you and advise of any additional charge if necessary.

IMPORTANT

Busy Times

At busy times of the year, Christmas and Black Friday, we strive to ensure delivery is made quickly, however, we can’t be responsible for the delivery network once your items have left with our couriers. Please allow for extra delivery times on these occasions.

International Delivery

We are happy to deliver worldwide upon request. Because of the many variables involved, our website cannot calculate global shipping or deduct UK Tax, please call on +44 1509 812171 or email info@stakesys.co.uk and we will calculate the best price for you from over 15 carriers we use.

Refusing Delivery

Please do not refuse a delivery without first contacting us via phone on 01509 812171 or email during working hours at info@stakesys.co.uk

Non-Delivery

If something goes wrong and you haven't received your delivery, please reach out to us via phone on 01509 812171 or email during working hours at info@stakesys.co.uk

We will promptly contact the courier to investigate the issue. If the parcel is lost or if you haven't received your items within 4 days of the expected delivery date, we can either resend the goods or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
