Tube Mitering Download

Here's a great download for mitering tubes. You simply put in the dimensions such as tube O/D, wall thickness, 2nd tube O/D and coping angle and it prints a pattern for you to draw round and cut out. It takes a lot longer than using one of our tube notchers but will get you going in the meantime.

Cone layout Download

This is a fantastic trial program that is similar to the tube mitering program but allows you to print cone templates to produce such items as 2 - stroke exhaust pipes. It's real simple to use and if you are producing a large cone it prints onto several pieces of A4 and shows you where to join them up - inspired!  This version is free for 21 days then you have to buy. It does have the advantage of printing fold lines if you prefer to fold rather than roll the cone. The version below is free.

Click on the link at the top where it says cone13.exe  This one is free. It doesn't have the fold lines option of the one above but we generally use the slip rolls anyway rather than folding. Did we mention that we sell a great range of slip rolls at the cheapest prices available!!!

Round to Square Download

This is free for non commercial use and is a free download. Its for making templates from round to square. For example: a fabricated injection system for a race car or round to square header pipes wher they meet the ports. Pretty trick program.
