The world's most popular roll cage tube bender. The fantastic Model 32 ratchet tube bender is essentially, a heavy-duty version of the JD2 Model 3 bender (made for over 40 years in the USA) with extra features built in.
Bend from 1/2" to 2.0" x 3.2mm wall steel by hand, and up to 2.5" x 3.2mm with one of our hydraulic upgrade options. JD Squared make over 300 dies for the Model 32 in imperial and metric tube, Imperial and metric Square Box & Imperial and Metric PIPE (CHS black steel)
The Model 32 was built from the ground up to take hydraulics and features a lug for a trunion mount built into the main frame. Another feature of the Model 32 is the built in anti-springback feature. This consists of 2 parts; a second toothed locking rack, and a drop pin assembly, both of which keep the bending process travelling in the forwards only direction which helps prevent crinkling on thin-walled tubing.
The Model 32 bender is manufactured from thicker and wider plates than its smaller brother. Larger pins are used for its maximum capability of 2.5" (with hydraulics). In its manual guise the hand ratchet assembly is brass bushed for a smoother operation and the ratchet ratio is increased over the Model 3 making it 20% easier to pull by hand.
LARGE CAPACITY - Bends round tubing and pipe from 1/2" to 2 1/2" O.D. and square tubing from 1/2" to 1-1/2". This bender is rated to bend 2" o.d. x .250" wall CDS steel tubing. Also capable of solid steel up to 1 1/2" diameter. NOTE: To bend round tubing over 2" o.d. x .120" wall, square tubing over 1 1/2" or solids over 1" diameter requires hydraulics.
EASY OPERATION – The Model 32 uses a high-ratio ratchet mechanism to allows the operator to bend larger tubing sizes comfortably without assistance. For example, the average operator can bend up to 2.0" od tubing with a 3.2mm wall. 1.25" x 2.0mm sized mild steel tubing can be bent with one hand and 1" x .065" wall tubing with ONE finger. Dies can be changed in under 30 seconds. Bend times are typically in the 30-60 second range for 1" O.D. and above tubing using the ratchet mechanism. Hydraulics may be slightly slower or faster depending on the power unit chosen.
HIGHLY ACCURATE - With the degree indicator standard on every Model 32, accurate bending is simply a matter of watching the pointer until the degree of bend you desire is reached. High contrast yellow markings on a black wheel provide excellent readability while bending. Simply loosen the lower nut as shown in the picture to the right, rotate the degree wheel to zero degrees and using finger force only, tighten in position.

Items under 30kg will be shipped by either 24hr courier or 1st class Royal Mail depending on item and weight and size.
All orders will be packaged and despatched same or next day. Orders made later in the day will most likely be sent out the following day.
We use a Next Day Delivery service however this service is subject to stock, courier availability and courier area. A signature is required for courier deliveries so please arrange for someone to be in at delivery address.

If you are ordering to Mainland UK or Highlands and Islands, once added to your basket, our shipping calculator will work out a shipping price depending on your delivery post code. Delivery can take up to 4 working days from point of order but is often sooner depending on location. We will call to let you know estimated delivery date, you may be required to help the driver move the product from the roadside to your desired location, please ensure somebody is in to receive the goods as there is a redelivery charge of £30 should you miss it.

1/ Items returned under the 7 working day cancellation period
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
-where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred -where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund all delivery charges that you incurred -we will refund only standard shipping charges for items delivered mainland UK (excluding Highlands & islands and orders over 25 kilos in weight)
2/ Items returned under 14-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 and 14 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item minus 10% handling charge. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
3/ Any goods items over 60 kg that have incurred special freight charges are excluded and the buyer will be responsible for both arranging and the costs of the return delivery.
